They have 15 mid levels now and 20 physicians in all. This practice is the major orthopedics provider for Fresno and three sports teams in area. They will pay $80-100K base, depending upon experience, with $20K bonus pool. Call is $500/night, minimum of 3 nights and up to max of 5-6 nights a month. See an average of 15 patients per day for two days a week in clinic. First assist in surgery two and a half days a week with 6 to 7 cases a day, up to 15 a week average. Successful candidate must be able to hit floor running. No high maintenance types. Must be nationally certified. California license, a plus. Excellent benefits package included.
