Family Nurse Practitioner/Lorain, OH - Great career opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner in northern Ohio retail clinic. FNP will treat walk-in patients on a first come first served basis. Will see mostly common ailments such as cold, flu, aches, sprains, and minor abrasions. Anything above the scope of responsibility or unable to be treated at site will be referred to another facility. In the case of emergencies or unable to be seen at another facility, the patient will be referred to the ER. Provider will also be responsible for all insurance, self-pay, and co-pay collections as well as the registration of each patient. Community physicians will train the provider and will provide support to the practitioner. Also the provider must be willing to interact with DrugMart employees, most especially the pharmacists and management of the store. This is a 40 hour a week position with varied schedule. Salary of 70-90k, full benefits package and a possible production bonus after the first year. Great community on lake Erie, near Cleveland. Ohio license is a big plus, new grads welcome to apply.
