Nurse Practitioner/Fredericksburg, VA - Opportunity in Virginia for Adult Nurse Practitioner to work under the direction of the Hospitalist. Provides direct comprehensive health care to individuals, families and communities, including the development and implementation of therapeutic plans as well as evaluating patient care and patient outcomes. 5 to 7 years experience required with recent adult medical-surgical experience (5 years experience to include 2 years in appropriate specialty). Ability to work effectively in emergency situations and under stress and as part of a team, developing productive working relationships with diverse groups of people. Base Salary $70-109K based on experience plus full benefits.
